Purchase & Delivery Policy
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, AirWallex). NateChrony does not directly process any payments. If you have an issue with payments, it will need to be resolved through the provider, NateChrony will Not Take any responsibility. We are always here to help, so if you have issues with payments, please contact us.
All goods will be sent via Australia post and a tracking number will be provided.
Warranty and Refund Policy
If any NateChrony fails within 1 year due to manufacturing or other production issues, send it back for repair or replacement. If the NateChrony was damaged due to mis-use, a repair fee may apply. NateChrony accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to the user or bystanders, from using the product in an unsafe manner or not taking all required safety measures.
The software or code on the NateChrony is provided as-is, with all bugs and issues. NateChrony accepts no responsiblity directly or indirectly for any results or information provided from use of the device.
NateChrony will always be here for our customers, if at any stage you have issues with your NateChrony regardless of how old it is - let us know & we’ll work to get it right.
End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and NateChrony.
This agreement governs your purchase and use of the NateChrony device and any software loaded onto or transmitted by the device.
Please read this agreement carefully before using the NateChrony. It provides a license to use the NateChrony device.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its associated people or staff to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the NateChrony and return the device.
You are permitted to use the NateChrony only as per the instructions.
You are not permitted to:
- Copy either partially or fully, the software or code contained on, or transmitted by the device
- Edit, alter, modify or adapt the software or code contained on or transmitted by the device
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software or code contained or transmitted by the device
- Include the software or code contained on or transmitted by the device to another device or system
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent NateChrony from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, damages or expenses (including but not limited to all legal fees) arising out of your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
